Russia’s ‘Huge’ Spring Wheat Delays Risk Lowering Harvests

For now, Russia’s total wheat output is seen at about 89.7 million tons in the season that starts in July, slightly higher than the previous season, according to consultancy SovEcon. Still, it recently pegged wheat exports at 45.2 million tons for the upcoming season, down 4.6% from a year earlier.
