Chennai-based real estate developer KG Builders has announced the launch of KG One Global, a commercial office development in Adambakkam near Guindy, as part of its commercial portfolio in Chennai.
The project has an estimated gross development value of ₹220 crore.
The project has a total built-up area of over 1.45 lakh sq ft and features two basements, a stilt floor, and a 10-storey structure. Office floor plates range from approximately 6,400 sq ft to 14,600 sq ft, allowing flexibility for both single-occupancy offices and multi-tenant configurations.
