Trapped boy dangles from moving bus in Australia

CCTV footage shows a boy dangling from the rear doors of a moving bus in Melbourne, Australia.

The boy, 12, was dragged approximately 350 metres down a suburban street in Wheelers Hill, after the back doors trapped his arm and school bag.

While he was uninjured, his mother collated the footage and shared it to social media accusing the bus company Ventura of negligence.

A Ventura spokesperson told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation the bus driver was sacked following an internal investigation, adding: “This is a very distressing incident, and we will continue to support the passenger and family at this time”.
