Easter is just around the corner – and for many people around the world, that means chocolate. Here in France, chocolate shops are filled with eggs, rabbits, hens, bells and – somewhat surprisingly – even small shellfish. We explore the tradition of Easter chocolates with one of France’s great masters of all things sweet, Pierre Hermé.
A programme produced by Amanda Alexander, Marina Pajovic and Georgina Robertson
