Jamil Aliyev has been awarded the “Istiglal” Order, Trend reports.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant
decree.
According to the decree, Jamil Aliyev was awarded the
development of medical science and healthcare in the Republic of
Azerbaijan.
