Russia’s Tuapse Oil Facility In Flames After Third Attack In Two Weeks



Residents living near the Russian Black Sea port of Tuapse were evacuating their homes as black smoke from a burning oil refinery filled the air. A Ukrainian drone strike hit the facility on April 28, the third such attack on Tuapse in a short period. Ukraine has targeted Russia’s oil infrastructure for months, undermining a major source of revenue amid a spike in global energy prices.
