BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. The agreement on
the mutual recognition and exchange of driving licenses between the
Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the
Republic of Belarus has been officially approved, Trend reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed
the relevant law in this regard.
Under the law, the agreement signed in Baku on January 16, 2026,
between the two governments regarding the mutual recognition and
exchange of driving licenses has been formally approved and has now
entered into legal force.
